Acceptance of Terms

Account Registration & Security

Each user is permitted to register only one account on pv18. Registering more than one account under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or terminated.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. pv18 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for compliance and security purposes.

  • Your password must be kept confidential and must not be shared with anyone.
  • You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • If you suspect your account has been compromised, please contact our support team immediately.
  • Pv18 will never ask for your password via email or chat.

User Responsibilities & Prohibited Conduct

As a pv18 platform user, you agree to use our services solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws in Malaysia.

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or exploit the platform.
  • Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity through the platform.
  • Sharing or transferring your account to a third party.
  • Attempting to access a section of the platform not permitted by pv18.
  • Distributing content that is illegal, offensive, or harmful to other users.
  • Using the platform for commercial purposes without written consent from pv18.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or closure without prior notice.

Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the pv18 platform are conducted in Malaysian currency (Ringgit Malaysia – RM). We support a range of trusted and secure payment methods for the convenience of local users.

Deposit Terms

  • Minimum deposit amounts are determined by the selected payment method.
  • Deposits may only be made using payment methods registered under the same user's name.
  • Pv18 is not liable for deposit delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawal Terms

Account Suspension & Closure

Pv18 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

  • Confirmed fraud or misuse of the platform.
  • Breach of any terms set out in this document.
  • Failure to provide identity verification documents when requested.
  • Activities that violate Malaysian law or applicable gambling regulations.

Any valid balance in an account closed for non-fraudulent reasons will be processed in accordance with pv18's standard withdrawal procedure.
